Information was provided by politician Rovshan Novruzoglu.

He says that according to George Bush's order the list of 300 prisoners was prepared. Became clear that there was one Azerbaijani named Polad Sirajov among them.

Rovshan Novruzoghlu says that he made serious investigations and it became clear that it is true that Sirajov was Al-Qaida member and before it he had graduated from Economic university in Turkey with good grades. Even the former Prime Minister of Turkey Tansu Chiller sent letter of gratitude to his family.

After a comeback to Baku he joined Abu-Bakir mosque community and he was directed to Torabora, Afghanistan by the peoples working in the country. Speaking Turkish language he worked as a interpreter for Al-Qaida leader Usama bin Laden.

Rovshan Novruzoglu says he has a letter from FBI, which informs Polad Sirajov did not participate in terror acts. He has no connections with international terror acts especially terror acts made by Al-Qaida. Therefore Pentagon and Military Intelligence Office decided to take back the name of terrorist and it is possible to extradite him to the third country - Swaziland or Netherlands, says Rovshan Novruzolglu.
