
TBC-bank, one of the leaders of Georgian banking sector, plans to place its stocks on international stock exchanges next year. Securities will be placed on Warsaw or London stock exchange, said a bank representative to Trend on Monday.
This will happen, supposedly, in spring 2012. As a result of this operation TBC-bank expects a profit in the amount of $400-$450 million. So far, only Bank of Georgia has placed its securities on international stock exchanges. The stocks of bank were placed on the London stock exchange.
