Two Turkish soldiers dead in military jet crash

Two soldiers were killed when a military jet crashed in the central Anatolian province of Konya on Thursday, initial reports said.

The jet which took off from the Konya 3rd Main Jet Base Commandership reportedly crashed near the Karakaya village in the Karatay district due to an unknown reason. Search and rescue teams were dispatched to the crash site and initial reports say two soldiers died in the crash.
