The UN Security Council should be reformed and engage the African countries in its work, Turkey's Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan said in his speech during the visit to the South Africa.
Erdogan noted that the Security Council has done nothing to promote the recognition of the Palestinian state and "supports the Israel's aggressive policy".
"The Palestinian people are forced to find ways to survive and use the channels between Egypt and Gaza to provide themselves with food and medicines," he added.
