Death toll rose to six after Sunday night's PKK attack in southeastern Turkey when one of the six injured civilians lost his life in the hospital on Wednesday.
Muammer Turker, governor of the southeastern province of Hakkari, said that 17-year-old Resul Cetin, who was seriously injured in the attack, died in the hospital.
A crowded group of PKK militants staged an attack on gendarmerie post and security department in Semdinli town at around 10:00 p.m. on Sunday night with rocket launchers and heavy weapons. A policeman, a troop and three civilians were killed while six troops and six civilians were injured in the attack.
