Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu yesterday conducted his Ramadan Feast prayer at the Gazi Husrevbey Mosque in Bosnian capital of Sarajevo on Tuesday.

Davutoglu came to the mosque with the Bosnian member of the BiH Presidency, Bakir Izetbegovic.

Speaking to reporters at the mosque, Davutoglu said that he was honored to conduct his Ramadan Feast prayer in Sarajevo.

In our traditions, we celebrate the Ramadan Feast at home. Bosnia is our home and Bosnians are our family members, Davutoglu said.

Izetbegovic said that Minister Davutoglu brought additional sun light to Sarajevo on this sunny morning.

The presence of Davutoglu and Turks with us make us very happy, Izetbegovic said.

The Grand Mufti Ceric said that "today was a day to be happy about because the Turkish foreign minister is with us".

"Remember this day always. This was the day we had been waiting for for centuries," Ceric said.

God has created Davutoglu to make history, Ceric said.
