Turkey does not take seriously Armenian-Turkish protocols - ARDF

Turkey does not take seriously Armenian-Turkish protocols, Giro Manoyan, head of central Hay Dat (Armenian Cause) office, member of ARF Dashnaktsutyun told NEWS.am.

According to him, the fact that not a single step was been made in more than 800 different documents relating to the Armenian-Turkish protocols, is perfect proof of his words.

"Former Turkish parliament has done nothing concerning these protocols. Turkey strongly indicated that it was not satisfied with the normalization of Armenian-Turkish relations without preconditions. Moreover, it openly stated that normalization as such will not be long until the settlement of Nagorno-Karabakh conflict," said Manoyan.

According to him, in these circumstances, the position of the Armenian authorities is humiliating, as authorities wait for Turkey to ratify them. Manoyan argues that Turkey is likely to return the protocols into the agenda later.
