
Residents of Igdir province of Turkey hold an action near Alican frontier post between Turkey and Armenia in a protest against the Armenian president Serzh Sargsyan’s latest statement. The protest action was organized by the local public organizations, APA reports.
The protesters chanted “Murderer Sargsyan” and burned Armenian leader’s photos. One of the organizers Goksal Gulbey said with his latest statement, Sargsyan once more proved his hostility against Turks. “We call on Sargsyan to apologize before the Turkish people”.
Gulbey said they filed lawsuit against Sargsyan at the European Court of Human Rights for genocide committed against Azerbaijanis in Karabakh.
Recently Armenian president acknowledged that they occupied Nagorno Karabakh and urged the next generations to occupy eastern Turkey.
