Georgian billionaire's family waives claims against Georgian state

The family of the late Georgian billionaire Badri Patarkatsishvili waives all claims against the Georgian state. Today, in Tbilisi, the widow of billionaire Badri Patarkatsishvili Inna Gudavadze-Patarkatsishvili and the Deputy Justice Minister of Georgia Tina Burjaliani signed an agreement which halted all proceedings of Patarkatsishvili family against the Georgian authorities.

The signing ceremony was attended by foreign lawyer of Patarkatsishvili family.
After signing the agreement, Inna Gudavadze-Patarkatsishvili said that after three years break, the family will resume in Georgia its economic and charitable activities.
Billionaire Badri Patarkatsishvili died of a heart attack in 2008.

His family accused the Georgian authorities of his murder. He supported the opposition during the events in November 2007.
