TurkPA to observe parliamentary elections in Turkey

The international observer mission of the Parliamentary Assembly of Turkic-speaking countries (TurkPA) will observe the parliamentary elections, to be held in Turkey on June 12, TurkPA told Trend.

The mission includes MPs from Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and TurkPA secretariat staff.

The TurkPA international observer mission will observe the preparations for the elections in the Turkish parliament and the elections in Ankara.

The representatives of the mission plan to hold a meeting at the Turkish Foreign Ministry and the Central Election Commission.

After the elections, the TurkPA mission will submit a formal report on the results of the elections to the international organizations and the press.

The international observers from the OSCE and the CE will also observe the parliamentary elections in Turkey.
