Turkey centbank posts 789 million USD profit in 2010

Turkey's Central Bank posted on Tuesday 789 million USD of profit in 2010.

According to an annual report handed out in the general assembly meeting, Central Bank said its profit was 1.2 billion Turkish liras-TL (789 million USD) in 2010.

The profit of the bank was 2.7 billion TL (1.7 billion USD) in 2009. Accordingly, the bank's profit was down 1.4 billion TL (921 million USD) in a year.
