Turkish FM speaks with ministers of Iran, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain

Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu spoke with foreign ministers of Iran, Saudi Arabia and Bahrain by phone, Anadolu Agency reported.

Officials said that Iranian Foreign Minister Ali Akbar Salehi called Davutoglu, stating that Davutoglu and Salehi discussed developments in the region. Davutoglu called foreign ministers of Saudi Arabia and Bahrain and phone conversations mainly focused on developments in Bahrain, officials said.

Anti-government protests began in Manama, Bahrain in February. Bahraini forces imposed a curfew and started to intervene in the protesting group on Wednesday.
