Georgian border guards detain Russian citizen on border with Azerbaijan

Russian citizen Vladimir Morin was detained by border guards of Georgia while trying to illegally cross the border between Georgia and Azerbaijan, according to correspondent of the Russian "Vzqlyad" newspaper in Tbilisi.

Russian citizen was arrested in the Red Bridge along the border between Georgia and Azerbaijan. An investigation is underway.
