Armenia losing its printed press day by day

Armenia still has unsolved problems in freedom of speech, said Armenian Presidential Staff Public Relations and Information Department Chair and IT specialist Ara Saghatelyan at a press conference.

“I see a very serious problem and I do not see its solution: that is our printed press. All of us, as citizens, specialists, are facing very serious problems in terms of freedom of speech: we are losing the printed press day by day,” he said.

Saghatelyan also added “we as a society will suffer very seriously,” should there not be resources to take the printed press to a new level.
