Armenia's National Security Council delegation to hold meetings in Russia

An Armenian delegation headed by the Secretary of the National Security Council of Armenia Artur Baghdasaryan will depart for Moscow on March 17 upon the invitation of Baghdasaryan’s Russian counterpart Nicolai Patrushev.

According to a release issued by the National Security Council, Baghdasaryan and Patrushev will discuss prospects of bilateral cooperation on security.

An agreement on cooperation is set to be signed between the two National Security Councils.

Artur Baghdasaryan is also expected to hold meetings with other Russian officials, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Sergei Ivanov and Collective Security Treaty Organisation Secretary General Nikolai Bordiuja among them.

Another meeting is planned with the executives of the Russia-Belarus Defense Systems intergovernmental group of financial and industrial issues.
