Train derailed in Armenia

A train of 10 cars derailed on segment of Ani-Bagrevand railroad stations, Shirak region of Armenia on Feb. 26.
“South Caucasus Railways” CJSC Spokesperson Vahe Davtyan said 5 of them were millet cars, 1 — cistern and the others – various commodities.

No casualties were reported.

A fact-finding group arrived at the scene.

Relevant works will be carried out on the site within next two days.

"A task force will study the accident causes, as well as its consequences," he said.
