Turkish Minister of National Defense Vecdi Gonul's trip to Afghanistan has been postponed.

Gonul was scheduled to visit Afghanistan between January 18 and 20.

Gonul's trip was postponed due to a "necessity", said the Turkish Ministry of National Defense.
