Ukrainian president: Georgia is "used for manipulations" at Ukrainian elections

Ukrainian President Viktor Yushchenko deplores Georgia's being used for manipulations at the Ukrainian elections.
"The only thing I can say is that I deplore that Georgia and our favorite Georgian people are used for manipulations in Ukraine," he said.

At the same time, Yushchenko didn't specify who "uses Georgia" for manipulation.
