Armenian President to off to Vatican for Pope’s coronation

Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan will leave this evening for the Vatican to attend the coronation of Pope Francis, PanArmenian.Net reported.

Along with him, the ceremony will also be attended by the Catholicos of All Armenians Karekin II, heading the delegation of the Armenian Apostolic Church, which will include the director of the Publishing Department of the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin Bishop Nathan Hovhannisyan, head of inter-church relations Bishop Hovakim Manukyan and verger, Hieromonk Karekin Ambartsumian.
