Georgian PM, Turkish Parliament Speaker deliberate mutual ties

Georgian Prime Minister Bidzina Ivanishvili and Speaker of the Turkish Grand National Assembly (Parliament) Cemil Cicek discussed cooperation issues between the two countries in Ankara.

Ivanishvili's meeting with Cicek was held within a one-day official visit of Georgian government delegation to Turkey, Georgian Prime Minister's Office told Trend on Thursday.

"Within the official visit to Turkey, Georgian Prime Minister Bidzina Ivanishvili and Speaker of Turkish parliament Cemil Cicek discussed bilateral relations and regional development," Prime Minister's Office said.

Georgian delegation includes Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development Giorgi Kvirikashvili, Foreign Minister Maia Panjikidze Defense Minister Irakli Alasania, Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Kakha Kaladze, Partnership Fund head Irakli Kovzanadze, and others.
