PKK field commander killed

 The 40th plenary session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (PABSEC) General Assembly has today started in Baku.

The session will host the 39th meeting of PABSEC’s Cultural, Education and Social Affairs committee and additional meeting of Legal and Political Affairs Committee.

The session will also see the 47th PABSEC Standing Committee Meeting and opening of the 3rd Black Sea Trade and Investment forum-2012. The 40th meeting of the PABSEC General Assembly will bring together Speaker of the Turkish Parliament Cemil Cicek and delegates from PABSEC member countries.
