“Nagorno-Karabakh conflict is common pain”

“We very much hope that settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh problem will be found, because a state of war, confrontation between the two neighboring states is unnatural. All understand it, and it would be desirable, that both states and both peoples lived in peace”, Executive Secretary of the CIS Sergey Lebedev said in his interview to the “Voice of Russia”.

Sergey Lebedev underlined that the CIS as far as possible tries to help with the settlement of this conflict. It is our common pain. The CIS countries try to help adjustment of this question. Some directly, as, for example, Russia as a member of the OSCE Minsk Group, others – in contacts to the Azerbaijani and Armenian leadership, separate politicians.
