‘Nagorno-Karabakh is an integral part of Azerbaijan’

Nagorno Karabakh is an inseparable part of Azerbaijan. The conflict between Armenia and Azerbaijan should be resolved as soon as possible, and internally displaced persons should return to their homes, Ivo Vaygl, a member of the Committee on Foreign Relations of the European Parliament (EP) told journalists in the  Agdam region, Azerbaijan.

"The OSCE is making enough efforts to resolve the conflict," Vaygl said "But the Minsk Group, with activities of which I am familiar for 12 years, is unable to resolve this issue. The United States and Russia should make an effort to solve this problem. The European Parliament will also strive for this."

Vaygl visited Aghdam region as part of his visit to Azerbaijan on Monday. He met with internally displaced persons to get familiar with their living conditions.
