Azerbaijani militaries attend NATO experts' meeting in Tbilisi

The representatives of the Azerbaijan armed forces take part in the meeting of NATO experts in Tbilisi, Georgia.The meeting was organized in accordance with the Individual Partnership Action Plans (IPAPs).

IPADs has been developed between NATO and different countries that state the objectives and the communication framework for dialogue and cooperation between both parties. NATO launched the IPAPs initiative at the 2002 Prague Summit.
