Director of the OSCE Conflict Prevention Centre Adam Kobieracki will arrive from Georgia to Azerbaijan on Nov.22, the OSCE Office in Baku said on Monday.
"Adam Kobieracki will arrive in Azerbaijan on Nov.22 evening," Huseynov said.
