Azerbaijan`s President phones Turkish counterpart

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev yesterday phoned Turkish counterpart Abdullah Gul.

President Ilham Aliyev said Azerbaijan was shocked over the news of tragedy in fraternal Turkey, adding that great loss of life and injury was a source of deep sorrow.

The Azerbaijani President extended his deepest condolences to families and relatives of the victims and the whole Turkish people. President Abdullah Gul thanked President Ilham Aliyev for the attention and condolences.
