Azerbaijan, Colombia discuss cooperation

Azerbaijan-Columbia relations were disused during Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov's meeting with a delegation led by Colombian Deputy Foreign Minister Patti Londono, the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry reported.

The meeting also discussed a number of regional and international issues. Emphasizing the broad potential for the development of bilateral relations, the sides said mutual visits play an important role in the development of bilateral ties.

Praising the first official visit of the Colombian delegation, Mammadyarov stressed the need to continue these visits.

Mammadyarov also informed about the current status of negotiations related to the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
