Azerbaijan is not informed about POW's transfer to third country

The Armenian side did not officially inform the Azerbaijani State Commission on Prisoners of War, Hostages and Missing Persons about the transfer of Azerbaijani POW Roman Huseynov to the third country, Secretary of the Commission Shahin Sayilov said.

Armenia has transferred Huseynov to the third country today, the Armenian agency Mediamax reported.

According to the information, Huseynov was transferred through the representatives of the UN High Commissioner for Refugees and the International Organization for Migration.

Sayilov earlier said that three Armenian POWs and five members of one family, who are kept in captivity in Azerbaijan, wish to be transferred to the third country.
