Azerbaijan's new ambassadors appointed to RSA, China and Japan

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed an order to appoint Elkhan Polukhov Azerbaijan's ambassador to the Republic of South Africa.

Upon another Presidential order, Polukhov was conferred a rank of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary. Previously, Polukhov served as Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry's spokesman.

Under another Presidential order, Latif Gandilov was appointed Azerbaijan's ambassador to China. Previously, Gandilov served as an ambassador to Kazakhstan.

Upon another Presidential order, Gursel Ismailzade was appointed Azerbaijan's ambassador to Japan. The President signed another order to confer a rank of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary upon Ismailzade.

Yashar Aliyev was recalled from his post as Azerbaijan's ambassador to China, Vietnam, Democratic People's Republic of Korea and Mongolia.
