Azerbaijani parliamentary delegation to participate in OSCE PA summer session

An Azerbaijani delegation led by Deputy Speaker of the Azerbaijani Parliament Bahar Muradova will participate in the OSCE PA summer session, to be held in the Serbian capital of Belgrade on July 6-10, the Azerbaijani Parliament said.

The delegation also includes MPs Fattah Heydarov and Eldar Ibrahimov.

The main theme of the OSCE PA's summer session will be "Enhancing the effectiveness of the organization - a new start after the Astana summit". The meetings of the Committee on Political Affairs and Security, Economic Affairs, Committee on Science, Technology and Environment and the Committee on Human Rights and Humanitarian Affairs will be held within the session.

The Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and the role of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly in its settlement are planned to be discussed at a meeting of the Committee on Political Affairs and Security.
