President Ilham Aliyev starts working visit to Republic of Tatarstan

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev arrived on a working visit to the Russian Federation`s Republic of Tatarstan on Thursday.

The Head of State was welcomed at the Kazan`s international airport by President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and other officials.
