Japanese envoy to Azerbaijan visits Sabirabad region

Japan`s ambassador to Azerbaijan Shusuke Watanabe yesterday visited the country`s Sabirabad region by the invitation of MP Jeyhun Osmanli.

According to IRELI Public Union press secretary Vafa Rustamova, the ambassador was accompanied by his wife and employee of the embassy Yoshike Ozava.

First deputy head of the region`s government Vafadar Baghirov informed the ambassador of a flood which hit the region last year and reconstruction work.

The ambassador gave an interview to online “Sradio”.
