Azerbaijani top official: Azerbaijan to consider rational proposals to prepare state program on youth

Azerbaijani Presidential Administration calls on everybody to make proposals to prepare the Azerbaijani Youth 2011-2015 State Program, Azerbaijani Presidential Administration Political Analysis and Information Provision Department head Elnur Aslanov said at a roundtable on the topic "Heydar Aliyev and IDPs".

"The Azerbaijani Youth 2011-2015 State Program is the only state program put for public discussion. We call on peoples to make their proposals," Aslanov said. "We will consider all rational proposals even they will be 1,000 or 10,000."

Aslanov said that today Azerbaijani youth is developing and the state care for youth development is evident.

"Today we can proudly say that one of the largest youth centers of Europe will be built in Azerbaijan in the near future. We have become the region’s center from geostrategic and geopolitical point of view," Aslanov said. "Youth is Azerbaijan’s main intellectual force."
