Negotiations are one of two existing means to solve the Nagorno Karabakh conflict, the ruling New Azerbaijan Party Deputy Chairman Ali Ahmadov believes.
"Unfortunately the ongoing negotiations are unsuccessful. The Armenian side does not want to abandon its unconstructive position - but I believe it is necessary to continue the negotiation process," Ahmadov told journalists on Friday, commenting on Baku’s expectations from the meeting of the Azerbaijani, Russian and Armenian foreign ministers to be held today in Moscow.
