Azerbaijan to attend Congress of Council of Europe's meeting

The Azeri delegation led by head of the Association of Azerbaijan City Municipalities and Sumgayit city municipality Abulfaz Babayev will participate in a meeting of the monitoring committee of the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe to take place in Izmir, Turkey on July 4-5.

The event will feature countries' reports, bilateral meetings and discussions on opportunities for mutual cooperation. The meeting will bring together more than 100 mayors, city council presidents, and city council members.
