Head of Azerbaijani Nagorno-Karabakh community: Armenia shows its non-recognition for humanitarian principles

By killing a child, Armenia has demonstrated its non-recognition for international law and humanitarian principles, Chief of the Azerbaijani Community in Nagorno-Karabakh Bayram Safarov said in an interview with the ruling New Azerbaijan Party's website today.

"This incident openly demonstrates Armenia's true nature," he said.

Safarov believes that authoritative international organizations and the OSCE Minsk Group should treat this incident seriously.

"Otherwise, Azerbaijan will lose all faith in these organizations," Safarov said.
