President Ilham Aliyev views Organ and Chamber Hall of Azerbaijan State Philharmonic - PHOTOS

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, accompanied by his spouse Mehriban Aliyeva, has today inaugurated the organ and chamber musical hall of the Azerbaijan State Philarmonic after its major overhaul.

President Ilham Aliyev first viewed the building and the area around it. The building was constructed in 1896-1899 as a evangelical- Lutheran church. The building is 46 meters tall. The stage was expanded from 40 to 75 sq. meters. President Ilham Aliyev and his spouse Mehriban Aliyeva listed to the organ music.

The Head of State and his spouse saw photographs depicting the previous look of the building. President Ilham Aliyev expressed satisfaction with the work done here.
