Azerbaijani shahid servicemen Mubariz Ibrahimov and Farid Ahmadov buried - PHOTOS

The burial was preceded by a farewell ceremony at a Training Center of the Defense Ministry. President of Azerbaijan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev attended the ceremony. Ensign Mubariz Ibrahimov died heroically on June 18 and officer Farid Ahmadov on September 4 this year, beating off the attack of the enemy.

Mubariz Ibrahimov was awarded a national hero title by President Ilham Aliyev`s order. The official statement on exchange of POWs and bodies was signed following a meeting of Presidents Dmitry Medvedev of Russia, Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan, Serzh Sargsyan of Armenia in the city of Astrakhan on October 27. The ceremony was attended by servicemen and general public.
