CIS observation mission calls parliamentary elections "normal"

Observers from the CIS have described the parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan as normal. A 40-man mission observed the voting process in Guba. Dagestani observer Irina Shikhshayeva called the parliamentary elections “normal”. Other Dagestani monitor Gulchohra Seyidova said all conditions have been ensured in polling stations for the citizens to freely express their will. She said the elections took place in a normal manner.
