Kazakh observers arrive in Baku

The 40-member group of Kazakhstani observers arrived in Baku on Friday to monitor the forthcoming parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan. Six members of the Embassy of Kazakhstan to Azerbaijan will also reportedly monitor the voting slated for November 7.
