Turkish delegation to observe parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan

A Turkish delegation will observe the parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan in November 2010, Turkish ambassador to Azerbaijan Hulusi Kilic told journalists.

The ambassador did not specify the number of Turkish observers and date of their arrival.

“We will send observers and we are hopeful that the elections will be democratic," the ambassador said.
