CoE Venice Commission delegation to visit Azerbaijan

A delegation of the Venice Commission of the Council of Europe will visit Azerbaijan in late September.
The delegation will attend a workshop, organized with Azerbaijan's Central Election Commission, for training commissioners on complaints and appeals procedures in the context of the forthcoming elections. The workshop will be the part of event that Venice Commission will hold before parliamentary election in Azerbaijan which will take place on November 7.
