Azerbaijani president meets president of Kyrgyzstan in Istanbul

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has met President of Kyrgyzstan for transition period Roza Otunbaeva at the Ciragan palace in Istanbul on Wednesday. Ms. Otunbaeva recalled her meetings with Azerbaijan`s national leader Heydar Aliyev.

She highly appreciated the opening of Azerbaijan's embassy in Bishkek. President Ilham Aliyev said Azerbaijan had opportunities to develop relations with Kyrgyzstan, particularly promote investments. The Head of State noted Azerbaijan was interested in establishment of stability in Kyrgyzstan. The two leaders said they were determined to develop bilateral ties.
