Speaker of Albanian Parliament started her visit to Azerbaijan

The First Vice-Speaker of the Parliament of Azerbaijan Ziyafat Askerov met chairman of the Albanian Parliament at the airport.

"This is my first visit to Azerbaijan. I am glad to visit the ancient and highly developed civilization," - said the speaker of the Albanian Parliament Josefina Topalli at the airport.

According to Topalli, the visit includes meetings with President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, Prime Minister Artur Rasizade, Chairman of Milli Majlis (Parliament) Oktay Asadov and other ministers.

Topalli will hold a series of meetings at the Azerbaijani Parliament today. The meetings will cover the issues of bilateral cooperation and prospects for development of inter-parliamentary ties. Views will be exchanged on the Armenian-Azerbaijani Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
