Azerbaijani President inaugurates dry-cargo port station in Baku Bay - UPDATE - PHOTOS

Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev cut a ribbon to officially open a dry-cargo port station in Baku bay on March 16.

The President toured the station's administrative building.

The station, whose construction began in 2008, includes several bridges for unloading dry goods and storages.

The environmentally sound project is aimed at moving industrial facilities to the capital`s outskirts and increasing the volume of cargo trafficking from the country.
