Azerbaijan hopes delimitation of borders with Russia will be adressed by late 2009: deputy minister

Azerbaijani Deputy Foreign Minister Khalaf Khalafov told journalists at the international conference on the 90th anniversary of the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry on July 8.

"During President Medvedev's visit to Azerbaijan, we saw that there is definite understanding on the issues of state borders," the deputy minister said.

As to delimitation of the Georgian-Azerbaijani borders, Khalafov said there are still many issues to be solved.
