Azerbaijan's representative to NATO to visit Astana

"The ambassador will arrive in Astana to attend the third forum of the Euro-Atlantic Partnership Council (EAPC)", the same source said.

According to the embassy, together with Khasiyev, the first vice-speaker of the parliament of Azerbaijan Ziyafat Asgarov and MP Siyavush Novruzov will arrive in Astana.

The forum is expected to be attended by the delegations of 50 member countries of NATO and EAPC, as well as several international organizations.

The plenary session and thematic sessions of the forum will focus on security issues in Central Asia and the Caucasus, the situation in Afghanistan, as well as issues of energy security.
