The opening of the Turkish-Armenian border will influence the positions of the states, said deputy foreign minister of Azerbaijan Araz Azimov.

"I do not want to say that someone's positions will strengthen and someone's will weaken. But undoubtedly the opening of borders between Turkey and Armenia will influence on positions of the states", said he.
He noted Azerbaijan is a catalyzer of the development of regional processes and projects.
"Azerbaijan will not be abandoned as all regional processes and projects come from Azerbaijan. Speaking about the realities depending on Azerbaijan's wish and decisions adopted the regional processes might accelerate or develop in other directions", noted Azimov.
