Representative of Azerbaijan's presidential administration: "Baku always attached a great importance to Moscow's position on the Karabakh problem"

Intensification of contacts between the leadership of Azerbaijan and Russia proves "the stable positive dynamics of development of relations", said chief of sector of the presidential administration of Azerbaijan Fuad Akhundov.
"The frequency also proves the strong determination of the leaders of the two countries for constructive cooperation on the wide specter of international, regional and bilateral issues.

The working visit of Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov to Baku like a visit of previously visiting head of the presidential administration of Russia Sergey Narishkin to Baku contributed to the strengthening of the atmosphere of openness, dialogue of trust and partnership, established in the bilateral relations", noted the representative of the presidential administration.

Commenting on the political results of the visit, Akhundov noted that Baku always attached great importance of Moscow's position on the Karabakh problem and in this connection they are satisfied with the serious spirit it has recently demonstrated in its approaches to its solution.

"Now it is important to preserve and expand the positive impulse of the Moscow declaration for conduction of successful and resultative meeting between the Presidents of Azerbaijan and Armenia, proposed to be held during the summit of Eastern partnership in Prague and Russia must play an important role in this process", noted representative of the presidential administration.
