The agitation groups of the movement "For Karabakh and Republic" and "Republicans" held a meeting with voters in Beylagan, said head of the central office of the Musavat party Arif Hajili.

He said the parties were obliged to cancel meetings with voters in Sabirabad, Salyan and Neftchala.
"We were told that other agitation groups plant to hold events in places where we were planning to meet with voters.
By the end of the agitation campaign we will hold meetings only in Sumgayit and Baku", noted he.
Hajili said the party continues distributing booklets to voters.
Notably, both agitation groups are against amendments to the Azerbaijani constitution. The civil movement "For Karabakh and Republic" was initiated by the Azadlyg bloc, consisting of three parties - the Popular Front Party of Azerbaijan, Liberal Party of Azerbaijan, Civil Development Party as well as the public forum "For Azerbaijan". The Democratic Party of Azerbaijan, Umid and Musavat parties as well as a number of NGOs also joined the bloc initiative.
The agitation group "Republicans" was created by the Musavat party. The referendum on amendments to the Constitution is planned to be held on March 18.
